Wells next-the-sea based Orchard Caravans has been recognised with coveted NCC Approved Distributor status. This achievement reinforces Orchard Caravans’ commitment to best practice and to treating consumers in a fair and honest way while delivering an exceptionally highstandard of customer service.

The NCC Approved Distributor scheme is one of four consumer focused initiatives developed by the NCC (National Caravan Council), the trade body for the UK tourer, motorhome, holiday and park home industries of which Orchard Caravans are members.

At the heart of each scheme is a Consumer Code of Practice establishing the benchmark for how an NCC member business should undertake all relations with its customer base. After a comprehensive independent on-site assessment, Orchard Caravans was found to meet all of the strict criteria governing the scheme and was awarded ‘NCC Approved Distributor status.
