Orchard Holiday Park

Is a small unique caravan park set in a landscaped area on the edge of Wells-next-the-Sea, only ten minutes walk from the town centre and the quayside. It is a renowned, unspoiled coastal town featuring a historic harbour, extensive sandy beaches, pine woodlands, and salt marshes. Wells-next-the-Sea lies on the North Norfolk Coast, which is one of 46 Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK, established in 1968.

Friary Farm Caravan Park

Is a much larger caravan park set in a beautiful extensive landscaped area on the edge of Blakeney and overlooks Friary Hills and the the salt marshes. The restored Grade II farmhouse and accompanying two cottages are part of the complex and are available for hire throughout the year. 

This charming, historic fishing village is famous for its flint cottages, stunning coastal views, and the nearby Blakeney National Nature Reserve, which hosts England's largest grey seal colony, making it a popular spot for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts.

Who are we and what do we do?

Orchard Caravans is a family business based in Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, NR23 1LT it has been trading in Wells for over 50 years. The business has grown from a small caravan park along Burnt Street Wells in 1968  and after many years of experience and growth its head office is now situated at Great Eastern Way. Here you will find a large office complex, extensive landscaped showground, with workshops and vehicle /equipment compound, and covers much of its privately owned industrial site.

Orchard Caravans embraced the evolution of the holiday caravan industry and have over the years added static caravan sales, caravan transport, caravan decking manufacture and LPG gas maintenance to become a large business selling new and used caravans across East Anglia. It is now part of the Orchard Caravans Leisure group, which includes Orchard Caravans, Orchard Holiday Park and Friary Farm Caravan Park. We are pleased to have a long association with Pinewoods Holiday Park and McDonnell Caravans which are both owned by Holkham Estate.

We are pasionate about what we do and are highly respected within our industry and beyond, for our team's skills and high standards. Specialising in all things to do with Static Caravans, our management and its team are multi talented.

We operate two Static Holiday Caravan Parks, the Orchard Holiday Park in Wells-next-the-sea in the town which is only a 10 minute walk from the quayside. And Friary Farm Caravan Park in Blakeney, adjoining the National Trust area with only a 5 minute walk by private footpath to the the picturesque harbour.

Both parks are of a high standard, both within easy distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and all the facilities required to enjoy holidays and regular visits. Both parks are quiet and relaxing.
