From a fairly bog standard Land Rover purchased by the company in 2002, Jerome has set about creating one of the finest working 'tools' for moving and siting caravans.
Not happy with having to replace the clutch every year, an automatic gear box was fitted which transformed the traction to all four wheels. This allows the gentle increase in the amount of torque delivered to all wheels and allows the driver to sense and feel what power can be delivered before wheel spin.
Jerome also fitted air suspension to allow for undulating terrain and to change the 'attitude' of the vehicle in tight spots, this also allows the front or back towing/pushing ball to be lowered by dropping the suspension to position under the coupling and then to lift the suspension to make the connection....really saves your back!
Winches are front and back enabling full use of anchor points when needed, both winches are remotely controlled and allow for all sorts of options in any circumstance.
Kitted out with all sorts of technology and the necessary tools for the job and racking inside, Jerome has created a 'one off' piece of kit!
